Good place which has style character and comfort. Can be better if they pay attention to kitchen Positive: Stunning place, comfortable, tidy and clean (most of it), entertainment unit is on point Negative: Kitchen had dirty dishes in cupboard, broken glass pieces in the oven dish in drawer, kitchen burners don’t work (only two left ones work).

Very special unique apartment in great location Positive: Stunning apartment with a wow factor being in a converted chapel with original stone work visible. Tastefully decorated oozing style with comfy beds and couches. Full kitchen and laundry facilities appreciated. Fantastic location

The best kept secret in Dunedin, will not disappoint. Positive: Location for exploring Dunedin could not be better. Facilities were absolutely brilliant with a gorgeous welcome pack from Ben and Emma to celebrate our special occasion. Massive lounge {3 sofa/Lounges plus 2 armchairs} open plan with great kitchen. Could not fault our stay in any way. Negative: Nothing, it was perfect

Elegant Accommodation Positive: Comfortable & very well equipped. Great location. Negative: Would like to have had a bolt latch or safety chain on the main front door for peace of mind at night.

Positive: Spacious, clean and tastefully decorated in a great location. Appreciated having a carpark too. Hosts were communicative and very helpful.
